Ashfall Hotel opens Left Dead: Last Convoy with rooftop infected, locked doors and supply caches. Medic Tess must help Omar and the convoy survive 23 stages across city, carnival, bayou, storm and bridge routes. Rescue survivors, secure fuel and search for shelter while managing ammunition and medical supplies. Checkpoints preserve progress along the journey, and illustrated scenery follows the convoy through each campaign region.
A/D or arrows move Tess, while Space, W or Up jumps. Fire with J or the mouse, reload with R, shove with K, heal with Q and interact with E. Touch controls support mobile play. Retry difficult encounters with more ammunition reserved to survive the threats ahead of your next checkpoint.
